Task: Fix intake on V.1, work on ballance,
There were 3 of us today, all freshmen.
- Did research on high performing teams and robots.
- We had me and Aaron worked on blog posts and Aarons Bio.
- We worked on mounting a motor on the V.1.
- The motor that we replaced broke due to over use, age, and improper use of thread lock.
Next, we will change it to a lower gear ratio, something like a orbital 20/1. This would mean need to use a smaller drive sprocket that would generate a smaller axial loads, so it should be less likely throw off the chain, while also letting us speed up the robot. The planetary gear box should be able to handle alternating shock loads.
